White Mushrooms

Available as organically or non-organically grown, White Mushrooms (Agaricus Bisporus) are the biggest selling mushroom variety, accounting for 95% of the fresh mushroom market. They are available in a wide range of sizes from the tiny ‘baby button’ to the large ‘flat’ mushroom.

Chestnut Mushrooms

Chestnut Mushrooms (Agaricus Bisporus) are widely admired for their stronger, nuttier flavour. Available as organically or non-organically grown, they are available in a wide range of sizes from the tiny ‘Crimini’ to the large ‘Portabella’ mushroom.

Exotic Mushrooms

We grow both Oyster Mushrooms (Pleurotus Ostreatus) and Shiitake Mushrooms (Lentinula Edodes) organically and conventionally. Admired by chefs the world over for their texture and flavour they are ideally suited to oriental cookery.
